What These Sites Need

Multi-floor tenancies need the cleaning done between close of business and the next morning, without triggering after-hours access issues or leaving equipment in circulation paths. The recurring failure point is an agreement that says clean common areas as required and nothing more specific.

How We Set It Up

We walk the floor first, then write a room-by-room scope: workstations and hard surfaces nightly, kitchens and breakout areas nightly with a weekly degrease, washrooms serviced and restocked nightly, internal glass and partition doors weekly, and a documented periodic cycle for carpets and high dusting. Colour-coded microfibre keeps kitchen, washroom and general-area cloths separate.

What You Receive

You receive the written scope of works, a named site supervisor, a swap-out arrangement so absences do not cancel a visit, and a monthly check-in against the scope. Pricing is a fixed itemised figure by area and frequency, and the agreement runs month to month on 30 days notice.

What These Sites Need

Warehouse and logistics sites have to be cleaned around shift patterns and forklift movement, and the amenities block usually carries the heaviest load. The risk is not dirt - it is cleaning activity creating a hazard in an operating traffic zone.

How We Set It Up

We attend with a site-specific SWMS, agree exclusion zones and timing with the site manager, and run ride-on or walk-behind sweeping in the windows agreed. Amenities, lunchrooms and high-touch surfaces are serviced daily; racking aisles and hardstand are cycled on an agreed schedule.

What You Receive

You receive the SWMS, the agreed exclusion-zone plan, a written frequency schedule per area, and a fixed itemised price. Any additional work - external pressure washing, periodic scrubbing - is quoted separately before it happens.

Clinical settings need clean and dirty workflows kept apart and a record that the work was done. Practice managers are usually being asked to demonstrate infection-control process at accreditation, not just to have a tidy waiting room.

How We Set It Up

Cleaners are trained in healthcare protocols and work zone-specific colour-coded equipment. Clinical surfaces are cleaned with TGA-listed hospital-grade disinfectant, waiting and reception areas are handled separately, and an end-of-shift checklist is signed for each zone.

What You Receive

You receive the written cleaning schedule by room type, the product list with TGA listing details, signed daily checklists retained for your accreditation file, and a fixed itemised price.
